旅館からホテルへ 変わらないところ と 変えたところ
平成3年より、それまでの日本家屋の旅館より、現在のホテル営業に業態を変更いたしました。 以前は、水琴窟や黒檀の 床柱、書院づくりのある旅館で築100年以上経過しておりました。 解体することは大変残念でしたが、都市化の波が豊田の町の中心地から押し寄せてきており、時流を考えれば受け入れられないもので営業することは時代遅れと感じてきました。 持てる力を活かすのはやはり宿泊業しかないと思い、ビジネスホテルへ変更することに決めました。 平成2年より一年間の工期を経て、ビジネスホテルとして生まれ変わりました。 法人名は、昭和55年より登記してあったものより、旅館を削除し「有限会社長生軒」としました。 「長生軒」とは、以前ホテルのある場所が長生町と言われていたとのことで地名から命名したようです。 「長く生きる」とも読め、商売には永続性があらわれていると思っております。 旅館時代に使用していた法人名をそのまま登録してありますのは、先祖の残してくれた名前を大切に、思いが後世にまで繋がるようにという願いで大きく変更せずそのまま使用しております。
変えたところ ホテルづくり
現在ホテル名として使用しております「プレステージ prestige」という言葉は、英単語で、信望、威信、という意味です。お客様から信用や人望をいただけるようにと命名いたしました。
当ホテルのマークは、漢字の「人」という字を２つ並べてデザインしてあります。ホテル、会社のテーマは「人」です。ホテルは「人」と「人」が出会い集うところです。お客様同士、お客様とホテルスタッフ、地域の人々のようにあらゆるシーンで人とめぐり合います。 私たちは、自分以外の人を尊重し、相手の心を思いやることが重要と考えます。 また「企業は人なり」と言われます。 人として人の役に立つ人になることを目標としています。 そして、多くのビジネスを目的とされたお客様のご宿泊から、私たちフロントマンは「お客様の秘書的な存在」としてサポートできるように心がけております。
変わらないところ おもてなしの心
旅館時代の前身は、料理屋を営業しており、俗に芸子さんをあげるような店だったようです。 そのような時代を経て、旅館を開業したわけですが、折に触れ、お客様を大切にする心のようなものを学びました。現在は全室洋室のホテルを営業しておりますが、旅館時代から培われた「おもてなしの心」を活かし、サービスの向上に努めてまいりたいと思っております。 皆様のご利用をお待ちしております。

Go to the Access Plaza from the arrival lobby and then go to the right side and go downstairs by using the escalator and the elevator.
(The domestic flight and the international flight are the same terminal in Central Japan International Airport.）
Ride the bus bound for “Toyota city” from Central Japan International Airport.
The bus arrives at Meitetsu Toyota Hotel at the Meitetsu Toyota city station in Toyota city.
(The departure and arrival of the express bus to and from Central Japan International Airport are both at the Meitetsu Toyota Hotel. It takes about 5 minutes on foot from Toyota Prestige Hotel to Meitetsu Toyota Hotel.）
The bus fare is 1,900 Japanese Yen.
The bus ticket is sold at the front desk of Toyota Prestige Hotel when departing from the hotel.
We recommend the direct bus for going to Central Japan International Airport, but there might be intensive road constructions and the traffic conditions might not be good. Therefore, it might take more time and sometimes be out of service.
When departing, please leave time to spare and take the amount of baggage into consideration.
Meitetsu Bus
When taking the mutual entry line of the Nagoya municipal subway lines and the private railroad Meitetsu Toyota lines (One transfer is necessary.）
Ride the Higashiyama line bound for “Fujigaoka” of the Nagoya municipal subway from “Nagoya Station”.
↓(get off at “Fushimi”, which is the next stop from “Nagoya” to transfer）
From “Fushimi” of Higashiyama line, transfer to Tsurumai line (mutual entry line with Meitetsu line）and ride the train bound for “Toyota city”.
(Till “Akaike” station, it is Nagoya municipal subway, but from the next stop on it becomes the private railroad Meitetsu Toyota line and the train runs upon the ground.）
↓（It is not necessary to transfer at “Akaike” station.）
Get off at “Toyota city” station of Meitetsu Toyota line (It is the terminal station.）
Go out of the only ticket gate from “Toyota city” station, and go to the left side (the east side, the rotary side）.
It takes about 5 minutes on foot.
There are two traffic signals on the way.
Each guest room is fully equipped with the following:
Bath, heated toilet seat with washing function, refrigerator (empty）, air purifier with the vaporization-style humidification function, wireless and wired internet access, and television set (larger than 26 inches）
Check-in 15:00 (A predetermined price is charged if one uses the hotel before check-in time.）
Check-out 11:00 (A predetermined price is charged if one uses the hotel after check-out time.）

The non-smoking rooms are on the lower floors while the smoking ones are on the higher floors of this hotel. This is for considering that in the case of an unexpected fire, the smoke goes up and we try our best to minimize the damage putting great importance on the safety of the guests.
